Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Recipe

  • 16 oz Buddig Premium Deli Rotisserie Chicken
  • 2 oz Blue cheese salad dressing
  • 2 oz hot sauce - Louisiana style
  • 8 oz Romaine lettuce
  • 4 ea Onion roll
  • Combine bleu cheese dressing and hot sauce in a small bowl, set aside
  • Slice onion rolls in half horizontally
  • Spread 1/2 oz of bleu cheese dressing and hot sauce mix to tops and bottoms of each roll
  • Add 2 oz romaine lettuce to bottom half of each roll
  • Top with 4 oz Buddig Premium Deli Rotisserie Chicken
  • Top each sandwich with roll tops, slice in half
