  • CLASSIC TURKEY CHEESE BALL RECIPE:

  • To begin, take a large bowl and combine the cream cheese and cheddar cheese. With an electric mixer set to medium, mix the cheeses together until you achieve a smooth and velvety consistency.

  •  After the cheeses are mixed, add in the remaining cheeseball ingredients. Thoroughly mix together to make sure that the ingredients are incorporated evenly.

  •  To form the ball, use your hands or a spatula to shape the mixture into a sphere. Once shaped, tightly wrap the cheeseball in plastic wrap to maintain its form.

  •  Let the cheeseball chill for a minimum of 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator. This chilling period lets the flavors blend together.

  •  Once adequately chilled, take the cheeseball out of the refrigerator. Unwrap it and place on a serving plate.

  • To complete the presentation, arrange an assortment of crackers around the cheeseball.

  • OPTIONAL (DECORATING THE CHEESEBALL TURKEY):

  • To add a burst of color that resembles the feathers of a turkey, get the finely chopped Buddig ham and sprinkle it over the cheeseball. You could also add some finely chopped cheese for more color.

  •  To create the turkey's eyes, place the olive halves carefully on the cheeseball.

  •  Slice a triangle shape from a slice of American cheese. This will serve as the beak for your turkey cheeseball. Position the triangle under the eyes. Finally, arrange celery sticks in a fan shape to form the turkey's tail, completing the turkey shaped cheeseball.

  • Whether you stick with the classic cheeseball or go all out with the turkey decorations, our turkey cheeseball recipe is sure to be a hit at your next gathering. Enjoy!
