Ham, Turkey & Cheese Crescent Roll Bake Recipe

  • 1 2 oz. package of Buddig Honey Ham
  • 1 2 oz. package of Buddig Turkey
  • 1 8 oz. package of crescent dough sheet, divided in half
  • 2 cheese sticks, Colby Jack
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed baby spinach
  • Mustard or other condiments optional
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Unroll crescent dough sheet onto lightly floured surface.
  • Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut dough in half to form two rectangles.
  • Place rectangles in a vertical position and, using the pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut horizontal strips, about one inch wide, on each side of the rectangle to form dough tabs.
  • Alternately layer 2 slices of Buddig Honey Ham and then 2 slices of Buddig Turkey in center of each rectangle.
  • Place 1 cheese stick on top of meat.
  • Arrange spinach on top of cheese and meat.
  • Starting at the top, in a criss-cross fashion, carefully fold each dough tab over the meat/cheese and overlap to form a braid, alternating dough tabs on each side.
  • Place braided dough onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until outside crescent is golden brown.
  • Transfer to plate and cut in half to serve.
  • This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. Can be eaten with a fork or simply picked up and eaten with your hands on the go. Serve with your favorite condiment or just plain.
